Our Story

I spent 8 years as a CRM consultant, implementing HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM for over 300 businesses across industries ranging from SaaS startups to professional services firms. In that time, I noticed the same problem over and over: business owners were choosing their CRM based on flashy vendor marketing, not genuine information about which tool would actually work for their specific situation.

I started CRM Trends Today in 2022 to fix that. My goal is simple: give you the same unbiased, expert advice I would give a client sitting across the table from me — without the consulting invoice.

What We Do

CRM Trends Today publishes in-depth CRM reviews, head-to-head comparisons, and free interactive tools (quiz, ROI calculator, pipeline grader, and more) to help you evaluate CRM software without the noise.

Every CRM we review is tested hands-on by our team. We create trial accounts, import real contact data, build workflows, run reports, and contact support — before writing a single word of our review. We don't copy feature lists from vendor websites and call it a review.

Our Review Process

  • We create a real trial account for each CRM we review
  • We spend a minimum of 4 weeks testing each platform
  • We evaluate 25+ criteria including setup, features, support, and value
  • We update reviews monthly to reflect pricing and feature changes
  • We aggregate ratings from G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot to complement our own testing
